David Del Giudice
Chapter President

David Del Giudice is the President of the Iasa Canada Chapter and the Chief Architect of Enterprise Information Services at AstraZeneca, a Global 500 bio-pharmaceutical. In his role as Chief Architect, David is accountable for architecture across AstraZeneca’s corporate functions and enterprise delivery centres. As a member of the federated Enterprise Architecture Board, he drives AstraZeneca’s technology investment roadmap and fully consolidated Target State Architecture for all business functions. Prior to his current role, David led the organisational transformation of the Enterprise Information Services function and was a leader in establishing AstraZeneca’s global application development outsourced partnership model. Before joining AstraZeneca, David held leadership positions at Dell, General Electric, and Union Energy.

Mark Viloria
Chapter Vice President

Mark Viloria is the Iasa Austin Chapter Vice President and Global Enterprise Architect at Mercer. Mark has over 15 years of experience in IT, and with over 10 years of experience in architecture.

Before joining Mercer, Mark worked in the “Big 4” in various technology leadership positions at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  Mark holds a BS degree from DePaul University Chicago.

Joel R. Hayes
Chapter Secretary / Treasurer

Joel is a Business System Analyst at Dell, supporting applications in the Sales and Operational Planning Domain. Before joining Dell, Joel worked for Wes-Tex Printing where he served as both the Production Manager and Supply Chain Manager, leading product and process development programs and launching the company’s online specialty retail site.

Joel started his career at 3M where he worked for 11 years holding a variety of roles including manufacturing process engineer, senior project engineer, and supply chain specialist. Joel holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and is LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
