José Alberto Leiva Obando is a computer engineer and also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Database Technologies. He has worked as an IT consultant for S-COM company both in financial and government entities and currently he leads a the innovation and development team in IT RegionalSoft. He has worked as a Software Architect, Project Manager, and Developer, in Web Applications, Internet Banking solutions, Business Intelligence, Data Mining, and in the last few years in projects related to Software as a Service solutions and Cloud Applications.

Rafael is an IT professional with over 10 years of experience, he has worked as IT consultant, Software Architect and project manager in many types of projects. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Right now works as Presales Manager at Avantica Technologies.
Miguel Campos

Miguel Campos is a Cross Domain Solutions Architect for Microsoft Services Americas, based in Costa Rica. In his position, he oversees creating integrated solutions for complex and large scale projects during the presales and delivery phases. He has lot of experience in presales, including roadmap definition, project inception, RFP response process, effort, and cost estimation, obtaining approval and final negotiations. During project delivery Mr. Campos assumes technical leadership in complex projects, including definition of key blocks of the solution and their interactions, while working with a team of specialist to create deliverables (part of his role includes quality reviews and sharing feedback). Mr. Campos holds several Architecture Certification including IASA CITA-P, TOGAF Certified, Azure Certified Architects, other technical certifications including MCSD .NET and recently finished the Microsoft Data Science Professional Program.
Eduardo Castro
Eduardo CastroTreasurer
He works as Chief Operations Officer in TCM Cargo and Logistics, performing Management of operations and strategic growth. Manage closed relations with the field areas and the Board of Directors to keep the business strategic focus. Finds expansion opportunities in Central America and the Caribbean looks for strategic partners and service providers.
He also works in research as an architect in Grupo Asesor en Informática. He is also in the board of directors of Costa Rica The Open Group, is part of PASS board of advisors for LATAM and professor at CENFOTEC.
